World Tour 2 - Leg 50 - Shimojishima to Okinawa

I spent a day at Shimojishima, while my radar was fixed. Luckily, the next day was clear, so after boarding the 5 passengers and our luggage, I took off towards Okinawa, flying over Miyakojima

The trip was quite boring, I would say. Just water till Okinawa, were we had our arrival. Pretty populated island, with interesting history from Edo and Meiji periods, as well as during the WWII, since it was the only place where land units from Japan and US fought.

The trip was in general very turbulent, with strong winds on final that destabilized the plane while turning towards the runway, pushing the left wing down a lot. I have to be careful with this in future.

Now, as usual, time to rest and look for the next job towards the core islands of Japan.
